Hi, I'm Tracy! I coach adults to improve overall wellness and executive functions of the brain, with a speciality in clients with chronic illness, ADHD, creative careers, and those in life transitions. Together we will establish routines, habits, and techniques that work for you to manage tasks, goals, energy, and health in a sustainable, self-compassionate, and empowering way!
I found my way into my current practice by leading workshops on empathy, as an executive functioning coach for high school students, an adult ADHD coach at a renowned ADHD coaching platform, and most importantly pulling from my own experience with chronic Lyme disease. I've been a coach for three years and am a Chopra Certified Coach and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).

I focus on some of the skills that are the "executive functions" of the brain: organization, planning, starting/completing tasks, flexibility, and motivation, and how they can improve your well-being. These functions can be especially difficult for people with chronic illness and ADHD, but stress, life transitions, creative and variable schedules, and modern day can make them challenging for many people!
This focus can encompass creating morning and evening routines that set your day and night up for success; integrating self-care habits that feel manageable; breaking down goals and tasks into steps that will actually let you achieve them; and balancing personal, work, and medical needs while creating boundaries and reducing overwhelm.
We sometimes have perspectives about ourselves or the world around us that run through our mind and body and don't serve us. Reframing these thoughts and "limiting beliefs" can have a profound impact on your outlook and approach to small challenges and your larger purpose.
Being present to your current experience, like noticing sensations as you wash your hands or how your body feels when you're upset, can improve mental health, coping skills, and relationships. We explore emotional and physical awareness, and incorporating practices like meditation, breathing, and moving mindfulness (walking, qigong, yoga) that can uplift your life.
Physical and mental energy can be unpredictable. Whether you want to proactively avoid burnout or you're in a profound struggle to get through basic needs right now, we work on tracking and pacing energy and creating new systems from your internal and external resources.
Sleep has a profound impact on your mental and physical health, energy, and cognitive functioning. We review sleep habits and best practices for your sleep environment to bolster this important element to your wellness.
