Over a decade ago, working as an actor and writer in LA, I became disabled from what would years later be diagnosed as Lyme disease. I had debilitating chronic pain and severe fatigue and needed help with basic needs for several years. I picked up physical and mental coping mechanisms as best I could, but it took many years to learn techniques to approach daily activities and productivity differently.
Then three years ago, I fell into a part-time job where I trained to be an executive functioning coach for teenage students. A light bulb went off as I realized I wanted to coach these skills for adults with chronic illness, ADHD, and creatives. From there, I became a certified coach at the Chopra program, where I learned to meditate when I first got sick. Throughout my training and work with around 35 clients weekly for the past year alone, I have bolstered my knowledge, learned invaluable new approaches, and cannot wait to help others.

I am from Connecticut originally and have lived in Los Angeles since college. I love and miss New England autumn, snow, and barns and visit my family there often!
My favorite forms of self-care are walks without my phone at sundown, daily meditation (even if it's just a couple minutes!), and Qigong. I like to have music playing often, love a good jigsaw puzzle, and enjoy self-growth, humor and historical fiction books.
Alongside coaching, I continue to act, sing, and write, and create content surrounding awareness of Lyme and other chronic and invisible illnesses.
