Virtual Body Doubling: Mondays 11:30am-12pmPST

Join us on Google Meet! Guests can keep their camera on or off while staying on mute. Fill out the info below for more information! 

Structure

Two 25 minute blocks with a 5 minute break in between where I lead a meditation, mindfulness, breathing, or drawing activity. 


First block=Lingering to-dos. Things that have been on the list a long time!

Examples:

  • read that instruction manual 
  • watch that YouTube video your friend sent you
  • reduce your email/phone/computer storage by 1%
  • respond to emails over 2 weeks old (or 2 months, or 2 years)


Second block= Creative to-dos. For artist pursuits or adding creativity into your life. Examples:

  • find your box of paints/crayons/colored pencils
  • order a new box of paints/crayons/colored pencils
  • write 3 loglines for story ideas
  • do the creative thing! play an instrument/draw/write for 25 minutes
